I was reading througn an article titled Deadliest hurricanes to hit Gulf of Mexico and Caribbean and I extracted the list of hurricanes to hit Haiti in history:

1930: Dominican Republic, 8000 dead.

The hurricane name is not mentioned and neither was Haiti but being that we're neighbors, I wonder if Haiti was hit as well

1954: Hurricane Hazel; Haiti, South Carolina to Canada; 575 to 1175 dead.

1963: Hurricane Flora, Caribbean, 7200 dead in Haiti and Cuba.

2004: Hurricane Jeanne, Haiti and Florida, more than 2400 dead.

The deadliest hurricane of all time is known as "The Great Hurricane of 1780". This hurricane killed 20,000 to 22,000 in Barbados and the West Indies
